Photos/videos confirming damage to the product (such as cracks, dents)
Photos/videos of the inner and outer packaging of the product package
2. Some functions of the product cannot be used:
Photos/videos of abnormal functionality and inability to use the electronic product normally (such as placing batteries, connecting power, etc.)
3. Product shortage:
Received photos/videos of packages and quantity of goods, which can clearly display the shortage situation
Proof of shipping documents inside the package
The actual total weight of the package measured on the weighing machine can also be provided
4. I received the wrong product:
Received photos/videos of packages and actual products
Screenshot of products purchased from the seller's store in the app
If there is an error in product size/weight, please use measuring tools to measure the difference in photos
5. Buying counterfeit goods:
Received photos/videos of packages and actual products
Documents and photos attached to the package and product appearance
Screenshots of genuine products/official websites/other documents (such as product serial numbers, brand trademarks, official website images, etc.)
